Breathe. The breath is a tool that calms and relaxes. Notice where your breath goes when you inhale. Lengthen and expand to create openness. Release the breath, let it go. When we make an effort to change our breathing patterns we will notice a change in our emotional and physical state. Breathe. Just Breathe.
