PRIVATE SESSIONS

 

Private lessons are tailored to each individuals goals and needs. One on one lessons allow for a more personalized practice. Whether it is the individuals needs to feel comfortable in a private atmosphere or the desire to work more intensely on their goals,each session will be guided with great care.

SEMI-PRIVATE SESSIONS

 

Semi-private lessons are available for 2-3 individuals wishing to have a more intimate lesson. Smaller lessons allow for a more personalized practice.

GROUP SESSIONS

 

Group lessons are available at your home or in a studio setting. Friends, family, co-workers, office practice. Yoga is a wonderful aid in life. It moves you both physically and emotionally aiding in a more balanced life. All styles of yoga are available including meditation/stress reduction sessions.
