Come on, Shake your Body Baby, do that Conga. . .

In the words of Gloria Estefan "Come on, Move that body baby, do that Conga; I know you can't control yourself any longer!!" In order to keep in shape both mentally and physically we need to keep moving. Yoga and Dance are just 2 of many ways to keep fit. Going to the gym is a great way to move, however, Dance can be a fun interactive venue to keep the rythm of the body in motion!!
