Warm Kale and Toasted Walnut Salad
 
2 Bunches Kale, destemed if curly kale and chopped
1 Onion
4-6 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup Walnuts
1/4 Tahini
1/4 cup Ume Plu Vinegar
1/4 cup sesame oil

A warm creamy Kale salad with warm toasty walnuts! This salad gives all the goodness of Kale in a soul satisfying salad! I could eat the whole batch and not feel an ounce of guilt over it! So good and so healthy! Many foods are acidic in nature and cause acidity levels to rise in the blood which is a perfect ground for cancer cells. Easy to make vegan and macro inspired salad helps to alkalanize the blood making it a cancer risk reduction tool. Insructions:
Destem and steam Kale in a pot of boiling water for about 6 minutes. Strain and set aside. In sauce pan saute onions and garlic in 2 T. Sesame oil until translucent. Add onions to steamed kale. In skillet toast walnuts on high heat continuously stirring until golden color starts to be apparent. Chop couursely and add to steamed kale and sauteed onions and garlic. In warm sauce pan add Ume Plum Vinegar, Tahini, and Sesame oil. Mix well and pour over Kale mixture. toss and serve warm or cold!
