Roasted Brussell Sprout Leaves
These delicious little leaves give any dish an extra pizzaz! Great for garnishing your dishes or as a savoury snack!! Easy to make and simply easy to enjoy!
STEP #1
Remove any discolored outer leaves on your brussell sprouts. Using a pairing knife begin to cut out the bottom of the sprout. By doing this we realease the leaves so they can be unfolded.
STEP #2
Begin to unfold each sprout until there are no more layers left. Toss with a drizzle of olive oil or for a stronger flavor: sesame oil and a sprinkle of sea salt.
STEP #3
Spread leaves out on a baking sheet and bake in an oven at 350 degrees Ferenheit for approximately 10-15 minutes or until edges begin to brown! Enjoy!!
