Allspice Apple Chips
These easy to make apple chips are great for a garnish on soups, salads, or any other dishes that need a bit of a dress up!!
Wash 1 apple (I prefer the tarter apples like granny smith, but any kind will do!) begin to slice the apple into very thin rounds leaving the core in. Lay the apple slices on a parchment lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with Allspice (or for a sweeter taste use cinnamon, cardamon, or whichever flavor you are after) a pinch of salt and drizzle with olive oil.
Bake at 350 degrees Ferenheit for about 10-15 minutes or until golden brown and dry! Let cool and enjoy!!
